How are RedGrove personnel selected and prepared for complex environments?

Each member of RedGrove Security is personally selected by the Director based on demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and strong communication and report-writing ability.

All personnel are required to maintain current Criminal Record Checks and Child Intervention Checks, as well as valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification. Our team members bring a minimum of three years of relevant field experience and complete an individualized training program tailored to the specific needs and risks of each assigned site.

This approach ensures that every deployment is supported by personnel who are not only qualified, but appropriately prepared for the environment they are entering.
